i think you did an excellent job, It looks great. If you're not quite happy with it, I hope you don't mind a suggestions? If you want a little finer, flatter look to the embroidered cuties, use 3-4 ply of the floss, instead of the full six that DMC and other floss strands come with. The thinner strand will let you get finer detail, even tho it'll take a little more work to fully cover the area. Just an idea. I do think it looks great as it is, though.
